Stream lagging issue

I don't have this problem before. Now when I stream videos from this link: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/ajax-basics/programming-ajax/introducing-json I constantly get lag, it doesn't matter if I change the speed to 1 or to double speed. It lags anyway. I tried to switch between chrome, firefox, safari, they all stuck. And also I did a speed test on okula, it shows my download speed is still 25 mb. I don't know what's wrong, plz help if you have a clue

I actually did a route trace today. There were two servers I'm the stream with over 30% packet loss. I sent the info to Treehouse and they are contacting their ISP. The same two servers had vet high packet loss on two different computers at different times.

Hi guys. I'll be very grateful to you if you tell me the normal speed of video lessons. I somehow changed it while learning html/css path and can't fix it now.
