Streaming videos halt problem

From time to time, when I stream the videos, the image may just stop while the narration and streaming bar keep on going, this can be triggered by any of the following by random chances:

  1. I do full screen then esc

  2. I pause for more than 5s

  3. jump to a particular starting time. Often this may take forever so I have to reload the page again. OR this may automatically restart the whole video! Either are quite time consuming

My default browser is safari, so I tried chrome and the problem re-occur. I don't like hotkeys on firefox so I won't try that. I just wish the quality of streaming experience can be somewhat comparative to youtube's, streaming videos halting/restarting really slow down my learning and is frustrating. I notice code school also has this full screen and fast streaming issue, so to be a better competitor, treehouse plz fix this!

I'm having this issue, too. I watch the videos on the default screen with Firefox. I'll be watching the video and the image freezes while the narration keeps flowing.
