Python

string module

Instead of manually typing out the alphabet you can just use the string module.

import string

for letter in string.ascii_lowercase:
    print(letter.upper())

Or even:

import string

for letter in string.ascii_uppercase:
    print(letter)

The string module is a great module with lots of predefined helpful constants.
