Strong attribute on title property not explained well

I think I get the gist of weak/strong properties, but I don't think this video does a very good job of explaining it. The strong attribute is placed on the title property, but this is never brought up again. Instead, the first half of the video talks about duplicate references to the book1 object. This could/should be expanded a bit to explain exactly how/why the strong property title affects the retain count...
