The img files will not upload to workspaces.
All that is happening is i drag the files over to upload in workspaces, and all i get is the "uploading img" logo with the spinning circle in the bottom left hand corner.

How big are the files you are trying to upload? Which browser/OS are you using and have you tried with a different browser?
re: email support - in my experience it's always been pretty fast, couple of hours to a day max.
