Struggling with image positioning

Hi Treehouse members

I'm in the process of creating a custom homepage and need a little guidance if you could be so kind :)

How to I get the picture of me to sit right on top of the red featured optin area, so there's no orange space between the two?

Here's the link: http://web-09wltlfyez.treehouse-app.com/

Thanks Kerry

Hey! I just took a look at your web page and I see you applied an ID to the image. I would recommend selecting the ID in your CSS and playing with the margin-bottom property and setting small negative values to try and eliminate the orange space underneath the image.

Let me know if that helped!

Hi Dillon.

Thanks for the reply!

I've tried that but no luck.

The element the pic is in has a div tag of 'feature area' and I've tried the same in there as well.

Totally baffled :)

Actually, forget that last message. I missed the negative value first time round.

Just applied it and it worked! :)

Thank you, I really appreciated that!
