I don't get it about how to access the tuple and return the value

You are accessing the tuple values correctly. You're just missing a few spaces in the string:

from game import Game 

class GameScore(Game):
  def __str__(self):
    a,b = self.score[0], self.score[1]
    c = "Player 1: {}; Player 2: {}".format(a,b)
    return c
