Stuck, don't know how to fill it out correctly?

It's asking me to put it in the middle but I'm having trouble doing so, help me out please?

Your closing html tag should be the last line. You have to open and close the head tags after opening the html tag, and the body tags go between the closing head and closing body. like this:

<html>
  <head>
  </head>
  <body>
  </body>
</html>

The <head> and <body> tags go inside the <html> tag.
