stuck no clue what im doing wrong

compiler error can't use "!" when im supposed to

MAX_ENERGY_BARS always is. It will never be not MAX_ENERGY_BARS. Craig instructs you to use the new helper method, isFullyCharged(). So, replace your constant with the helper method, so the test will be executed. Oh, this code belongs in the charge() method, because that is the method being modified in this challenge. You must leave the isFullyCharged() method in its original state, and call upon it inside of the charge() method.

You shouldn't change the implementation of isFullyCharged(). You should use the isFullyCharged() method to change the implementation of the charge() method.
