Hi John,

With the html all stripped out it's hard to know if there's a formatting error in the output. You may have some extra spaces where they're not needed or not put spaces where they're needed.

Also, I can see you have used the $isbn variable twice in the output where it should only be used once.

My best guess right now would be to drop your second statement that's echoing out the isbn again <?php echo $isbn; ?>> Not sure where that second angle bracket is coming from either.

this code that you have <?php echo $book. "(".$isbn. ")"; ?> will work between the li's as long as you add a space before the left parenthesis.

Should be:

<li><?php echo $book . " (" . $isbn . ")"; ?></li>
