Stuck on code challenge please help.

I know it might be simple but i just can't figure it out, any help at all please. The question is: Finally, create a new variable named summary that adds the string version of days into "I am {} days old!".

days_alive.py
age =20
days =20*52*7
summary = "i am {20*52*7} days old!"

The {} in the string suggests using the format() method which will substitute a value for each {} placeholder:

age =20
days =20*52*7
summary = "i am {} days old!".format(days)
