stuck on php oop task

Not able to return the desired results even after multiple attempts. Concept of collection itself is not clear to me.

Kindly suggest some website or article explaining this concept. (I just have basic knowledge of php and no exposure to any kind of framework or oop based project experience)

Please Guide me!
