Style ScrollSpy

I want to change color, background color of text when using scrollspy of bootstrap v4. How can I change?

I think it would be best to refer to the color scheme section (though I think the color are really limited). If you want to personalize it, I would suggest using your own CSS. This is just my 2 cents on your question but if you have another idea on how to do it, please do share it :) Thanks!
