Is your sheet in the "css" subfolder?

I notice your link is pulling in a sheet named main.css that is located in a subfolder named css. Check both the name and location to be sure it matches. Also, if you file has a syntax error, it might get loaded but ignored.

To enable a more complete and accurate analysis, make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here.
