Style tag

it says i should put in a style tag and I did it and for some reason it won"t go through

Where exactly are you putting the style tag? In this challenge, you must place it above the h1, like so:

<body>
    <style></style>
    <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
</body>

Simply write the CSS between those tags.

Where did you put it? In the head?

It should go within the head element, ideally after the title element.
