Subscription email notification with Meta Slider

I have recently come across an issue with the automatic email notifications after someone subscribes to my blog posts. When I publish a new post and Wordpress automatically sends out an email to my followers and I have a Meta Slider in the post it shows the id of the: e.g. [metaslider id=396]

It doesn't show any of the photos in the slider. How can I fix this so it shows the slider in the email?

What plugin are you using to have people register? Is this a .com or .org site?

I think it's a jetpack plugin. and I made my site on wordpress.com, but have moved it to another hosting company
