Substitute for xcode for objective c?

Hi yall I have a windows and ubuntu platform available but not a mac. In the objective c videos they use xcode on a mac. What is the best substitute I can use in either windows or ubuntu?

You can develop Objective-C with GNUStep, but without Xcode you can't develop iOS apps.

If you want to develop iOS apps you must do so on OS X.

thanx for the info
