Substitute program for TextMate for Windows.

I was doing: Introduction to Programming Deep Dive> Basics> Writing Your Program, and I was confused on what program to use to write HTML programs as the teacher was using TextMate, however as I have a windows computer, I cannot install that program.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any substitute program fro TextMate that can be used on windows, and is most similar to TextMate, so that I can follow the instructor's directions on what to do in it.

Sublime Text 2. I believe this is being used by the teachers in all of the newly released videos now.

ok, that works

so now I have that program, but in the lesson, the teacher opens the rtl in his program "TextMate".

How can I open the rtl in Sublime Test 2?
