Success Stories and Achievements from Full Track Completions

Hello,

I majored in Marketing, been stuck in sales for the last 8 years used to play around with web development in college and as a kid. My goal is to either work within my company in a marketing/software platform automation or design role for SEO/Design. OR build my own company as a consultant, builder and hopefully also have a game development company. My curiosity is how far can treehouse get me? What is the limit? Should I be looking into universities to become a software engineer? I work full-time on a very mentally and strategically demanding job currently which makes progression in anything difficult.

Knowing my story I would love to hear from others what treehouse has done for them in getting to where they wanna be.

Thanks hope my request is not unusual.

Going back to school to learn software is a waste of money IMO! You can learn here and many other sites for a great price. Treehouse will teach you what you need to know. They can't get you anywhere. You need to do that yourself.

You should learn a bunch on Treehouse, launch your own company, and quit your job.

:)
