Hi Tim,

I just tested it using Safari 7.0.1 on my MacBook and it behaved as expected, my recommendation would be to ensure your cursor is active within the editor and not anywhere else otherwise the keyboard shortcuts won't be prevented and overwritten with the custom events.

Switched to Chrome for a while, where it worked fine. Tried again in Safari now and it works now, must have been something temporarily since I wrote some code inside the workspace and then immediately pressed the shortcut. Thanks for your answer!
