3,817 PointsSuggestion about learning CSS
Hello Guil Hernandez ,I am following your CSS learning and enjoying it a lot.I really like your explanation and its a fun to learn it.But I am also having trouble to be disturbed by the lots of rules and ever changing disciplines of CSS. Sometimes I also some of the techniques easily. What should I do to pace my learning along watching videos? Thanks

Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsThe way I do these courses, is to first watch the videos giving full attention. I will then go back and watch them again this time taking notes. Then practice the more you practice the better chance it will stick in your brain. Also keep up with news from Smashing Magazine and CSS-Tricks. I have created a cheat sheet in excel if you would like a copy then let me know and i will email it.

Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsGraham Davidson May i ask how one becomes a moderator?
Graham Davidson
Courses Plus Student 14,966 PointsHi Adam, the total honesty is I am not sure lol. I think I just email people at Treehouse too much and post too much junk on here that they got fed up with me and made a moderator lol
Adam Sackfield
Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsFair enough. I have been making my presence known by answering as many Q's as possible maybe they will notice 1 day :)

39,199 PointsAdam Sackfield - Last month Guil Hernandez from Treehouse made a CSS cheat sheet and posted a link to it here on the forum http://treehouse-cheatsheets.s3.amazonaws.com/css-cheat-sheet.pdf
Adam Sackfield
Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsThanks James Barnett. I have done it in excel with a contents section hyperlinking to each property, I find it easier to find what i'm looking for faster. Will take anything i'm missing from the link you posted.
Thanks
James Barnett
39,199 PointsAs far as what you use for a cheat sheet, a spreadsheet is certainly better than PDF. I'm a big fan of using Workflowy for this, as it's much easier, to search/sort than a spreadsheet.
Adam Sackfield
Courses Plus Student 19,663 PointsThanks again. Will have a look at Workflowy now!
James Barnett
39,199 PointsAnd stuff on workflowy can be shared with a link so you don't have to email a file around.
