Super Conditional Challenge

Hi Guys

I am a stuck on this last part. I'm sure it's something really simple.

Thanks Kevin

script.js
var money = 9;
var today = 'Friday'

if ( money >= 100 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time to go to the theater");
} else if ( money >= 50 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time for a movie and dinner");
} else if ( money > 10 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time for a movie");
} else if ( today !== 'Friday' ) {
  alert("It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out");
} else {
  alert("This isn't Friday. I need to stay home.");
}

You need to change the the !== to === in your 4th conditional

Hello there,

You're extremely close - it starts you with a Friday-related conditional under "!== 'Friday'", so you have two options:

  • switch the code of the last conditional and the final "else"
  • change the "!== 'Friday'" to "=== 'Friday'"
