Super serious problem with the instructions given for installing on Mac. Too many decisions given, what do?

I'm installing Ruby on Rails, and Jason told me to get a beverage of my choice while it installs. In my fridge, there's:

Beer

Almond Milk

Water

Orange Juice

Protein powder (Casein AND Whey...)

HELP. WHAT DO.

However, I have exceeded the Ballmer Peak and all my rspec tests are returning pictures of cats. I'll get on this once I sober up.
