Support tickets on Webhostingforstudents

Hi there,

does anyone have experience with the support at "Webshostingforstudens"? I have two support tickets active because I cannot access neither my c-panel nor my mail and need a reset of my password.

I am waiting now since more than 3 days for support, but nothing happens.

Does anybody know how to reach them or if the company still exists?

I had a ticket last week and it took them less than 24 hours to fix the problem. So hopefully they are working on yours, but just don't have an answer quite yet.
