Support Tools, like if your working as tech support.

Any ideas?

You want examples of support systems? As Zendesk or Uservoice?.

Yes, something thats in the past 5 years , and how they can help and all that. I cant find any withing 5 year span time.

I think Uservoice can have more than 5 years for sure. I don´t know about Zendesk, probably too. Anyway both of this manage your support efforts from website to social media allowing you to create tickets from messages, this is very different that manage emails coming, Tickets has status depending on the state that you´re with the user. This supports tools gives you a lot of features that make your work much easier, as macros, where you can predefine answers, assign tickets to different support members, track your efforts and so on.
