Surface view camera

Hi, I have a camera that displays immediately when logging into the app then I have a pager left and right for friends and albums. However I need to add UI elements to this camera such as a button however the camera has been created programatically not using XML as I keep getting errors when using a camera that using camera.open on a fragment page. Can anyone help please, let me know what code you need!
