SVGO-GUI OBSOLETE?

I went to go download SVGO-GUI from github( https://github.com/svg/svgo-gui ), but on their site it says it's obsolete. Does the program no longer work? Is there simply something better out there? Or is it simply not going to be updated any longer? I was somewhat confused if I should download and use anyway or if I should find a different tool that does the same thing? Any Info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think they just didn't want to maintain the GUI app any longer. The web app SVGOMG is pretty good though, I use it all the time. Otherwise, it might be a good time to learn more about the console/terminal and Node.js.
