SVN files not reflecting on wordpress plugins.

I have uploaded my plugins file on wordpress repository - https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/wpflexgrid/

but files are not reflected as plugin, but showing folder list only.

I have used winfows system and tortoise svn. please help.
