Swift animation Help

I am looking for do the following animation:

On the initial screen there is a small blue circle. Then it expands to full screen to give blue color screen.

I have found this: https://github.com/rounak/TwitterBirdAnimation, but in this all the code is written in AppDelegate which I don't want. Also, in this the circle first shrinks and then expands.

I have also found: https://github.com/alextarrago/QZCircleSegue/tree/master/QZCircleSegue, but it is done using a button and my small blue circle isn't a button.

Kindly help..
