Swift: Photo editing App for iPhone & iPad

Hello Treehouse, I was wondering if you guys can create a photo editing app tutorial with just SWIFT, a step-by-step walk-through tutorial that anybody can learn from, and continue on their own when the video is done. -Some videos out there, the core functions are prewritten codes, - it leaves you with a little or no understanding of what's going on.

I'm looking for a SWIFT photo editing tutorial that starts from scratch, from opening Xcode, developing the Photo Editing App, and to having the final app working on your iPhone or iPad.
