Tabs

When you are on homepage and when you click on the about tab, the position of the tabs changes when you visit that page. In fact, the position of tabs changes in every tab which is a bit awkward. How to solve that problem?

I'm not sure there is a way to change it as when new tabs are created this is normal and default browser behaviour. In my experience, the next opened new tab will precede the previous one.
