Target all paths in SVG animation

I have an SVG image that contains multiple separate paths. I'd like to be able to hover on any part/path of the image and for every path's fill to change to the color. Is this possible?

absolutely! include the svg as inline image and apply css like: 

svg g > * {
   fill: white;
}
