PHP

task 7 of 7 array bug

Now let's add another flavor to the ice cream store. Add a fourth element to the array with a value of "Cookie Dough" (my personal favorite). When you preview the code, notice that the count of flavors increases and the new flavor is added to the list automatically.

<?php
    $flavors = array("Chocolate", "Vanilla","watever");
    $flavors[] = "Cookie Dough";
?>
<p>Welcome to Ye Olde Ice Cream Shoppe. We sell <?php echo count($flavors); ?> flavors of ice cream.</p>
<ul>
            <?php foreach($flavors as $flavor){  ?>
    <li><?php echo $flavor; }?></li>

</ul>

I don't think my code is wrong, the console show the correct result but it won't let me pass http://i.imgur.com/cbWH3wq.png

I would say you are corrupting your mark-up by including the foreach closing } within the <li> tag.

Try moving it after the close of the tag?

<?php foreach($flavors as $flavor) { ?>
<li><?php echo $flavor; ?></li><?php } ?>

David Andrews is correct. Your markup will acutally output with the following:

<li>Chocolate
<li>Vanilla
<li>watever
<li>Cookie Dough</li>
