task one complete. then what i put next says "Oops! looks like task one is no longer complete!"

just started js. need help with this challenge. I need to add a # and then the variable lastName with .toUpperCase to the end of the string. my answer brings up the "Oops looks like task one is no longer correct. but go back to task one and it same as I have in my answer to this challenge. help?
