Is there a way to download the teachers notes at the bottom of the video? Saves me time when I take notes separately.

If you're talking about the text notes the teacher sometimes includes, then no, you can't download. You're best bet (and what I do), is either take a screenshot of the notes, or copy/paste into a word processor (depends on the notes).
