485 PointsTeam Treehouse site won't load on iPhone
Ironically, as I'm taking the HTML course which espouses a mobile-first philosophy, I can't get the teamtreehouse site to load in my mobile browser. :)
Wondering if this is a known issue? Wanting to study while I sit on the subway commuting. I can't even load the home page let alone log in and watch video or engage with the site.
Thanks for any help!

Courses Plus Student 15,597 PointsHi Josh,
That's weird, I can use the website perfectly fine. I hope this issue will be resolved for you and Dirk as soon as possible! I myself had issues with the website some days ago for 2 days straight and it was a bit frustrating...

Courses Plus Student 15,597 PointsHi Dirk,
I can use the Treehouse website from my mobile just fine (iPhone 5s). I am guessing you are using Safari browser so try the following:
Tap on Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. And just try to log in again.
By the way, does it give an error or it's just stuck on loading? it may also be your WiFi signal.

485 PointsThanks for the quick responses! Confirmed it's not a wi-fi or connectivity issue before I posted, and tried the browser clear, but still no load. Yes, it's Safari. It does eventually throw an error, can't recall the exact message. I'll try Chrome and the iPhone app solutions. I'd looked for an iPhone app but only saw the iPad app listed in the App Store, I'll have a closer look.
Thanks again, and good to hear the devs are aware and working on it.

47,353 Pointsi recommend using itunes to watch the videos on mobile devices. if you have an iphone, you can watch them using the podcast app. For other devices, you will need to download the videos on a desktop and transfer them to the device.

Courses Plus Student 6,227 PointsHey Dirk - I emailed support regarding the same issue. My Safari only loads to a point and then stops. I've also noticed that if you use Google's app, it'll crash the entire app. I recently downloaded Google Chrome to test on other mobile browsers, and for some reason it worked perfectly. I'm using an iPhone 6s.
Hey Michael - I tried your solution but the screen still doesn't load. I had my WiFi tested yesterday and everything was running fine.
I received a response from Treehouse and they said that their developers are aware of this issue and are working towards a solution. In the meantime, they have an iPhone app available.
Thanks, Josh
