TeamTreehouse CSS not loading on my Laptop/Tablet

For a couple of days now, I haven't been able to resume my course. The CSS for the Teamtreehouse website isn't loading on my personal computer, but it loads on my iphone and computer at work. When I looked under development tools, it shows this error: HTTP403: FORBIDDEN - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.(XHR): GET - https://cloud.typography.com/7055252/762022/css/fonts.css

Not sure what to do. Has anything like this happened before?
