teamtreehouse workspace not loading

Hi Experienced TT members,

My Workspace has been loading on and off for the past 3 days or so. Sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn’t. Since I’m pretty new to TT I want to ask some of the more seasoned TT members if this is normal, or is TT tech support just having a bad week.

Thought I was the only one. I want to get started on my tracks but my workspace wont load up right now. Worked fine all of yesterday

Hi Gary, Alex,

Sorry for any troubles caused! There are a couple of known issues with Workspaces presently. If you're experiencing a "not authorized" error, please clear your browser's cache, exit the Workspace, and leave it be for 15 minutes. This should kill your WS instance and re-authorize your entry. If it's a brand new Workspace you haven't input data to, you can always create a new Workspace from your WS menu (found in the new top nav bar) and then delete the previously unused "not authorized" one.

If your WS is timing out, then please send Support an email to help@teamtreehouse.com with your Workspace ID (found in the WS text editor URL). Our devs can then repair it for you. Thanks for your patience!
