Template literal form opposed to concatenation?

In an effort to remain consistent, I attempted to write this using template literals instead of concatenation. Currently, I am only able to get the final "i" division to appear in the preview. Is anyone able to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? I included a snapshot of my workspace in it's current form.

The current code replaces the contents of "html" instead of adding to it:

  html = `<div> ${i} </div>`;    // original
  html += `<div>${i}</div>`;     // corrected
