I don't know where am going wrong but I tested this code separately on workspaces and it's working alright.

const drink = `${flavor} ${type}: $${price}.`;

Hi there, Joseph Muiruri! I received your request for assistance. You're doing terrific and definitely understand template literals. The bummer message you are receiving isn't terribly helpful here as it's indicating that there's something wrong with the colon there. But the problem is actually the period/full stop at the end. Removing the "." after the $${price} will cause this to pass :tada:
