Templates Folder Conflict

I'm using Windows 10. When I tried to create a templates folder next to the script on my computer, it said there was already a folder with the same name, but I can't find it anywhere, even though hidden folders are showing.

It's one of the "protected operating system files".

Hi Megan Weber,

I would love to help, but I'll need some more info. What IDE are you using? Or are you using workspaces? If workspaces, will you post your workspace snapshot link? If personal ide can you by chance post a screenshot of the window? To post image with markdown: Images Format:

![alt text](/path/to/img.jpg "Title")

Note that you can get an image link by uploading the image to and image hosting platform like imgur, and get the path from there.

Alternatively, you can send your screenshots to Mel@teamtreehouse.com

I used File Explorer.
