Testing Android app with phone

I have an LG-P769, and I am trying to hook it up to eclipse so that I can test my android app with it. If anyone knows what I can do to make that happen, or if they know a link which I could go to find out, help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you

I will assume you are having trouble on Windows since it is usually automatic on a Mac. There are two basic steps you need to take:

  1. Enable debugging on the phone
  2. Install the appropriate drivers

I know it can sometimes be frustrating! Turning on debugging mode depends on your version of Android, so if you need help for that just search for "debugging mode on android" + the version number. You might be able to find additional product-specific help on Android forums or StackOverflow.

I went to the link you told me, but every time I try to download, it says that the file was not found
