The " and ' , Is there a difference when using it?

Is there a difference between the double quote and single quote when using it? Is there a wrong time to use it in a statement?

You can use either format.

Just don't mix them together, e.g. "Hello World' (use either "Hello World" or 'Hello World')

Double quotes (" ") is used more by many languages and is more common.
