The best practice to implement SVG?

Hi!

On my team started working with svg's, but we implement these first on image tag, then with object tag and now as sprite. I like to can have modifier the svg by CSS.

So, I like to use the best practice, so I want to know which is the best way to use it.

I think the best way is inline svg. Especially for icons and logos.
