If you take a look at the video that comes before the challenge, you will see that what Philippe mentions is correct - Nick created a div in his HTML with an ID of #wrapper.

This is what the challenge is asking you to select.

It is likely an id or #wrapper {}

The wrapper is usually a div tag with that id. Check the HTML for it and select it with CSS as philippederay mentions.
