The code isn't working for me.

var randomNumber = Math.floor(Math.random() * 6) + 1; var guess = prompt('Pick a number between 1 and 6'); if (parseInt(guess) === randomNumber) { document.write('<p>You're correct</p>'); } else { document.write('<p>Sorry! The number was ' + randomNumber '</p>'); }

I don't know much javascript BUT You need a backslash escape character ("or you can use other quotes") Try this:

var randomNumber = Math.floor(Math.random() * 6) + 1;
var guess = prompt('Pick a number between 1 and 6');
if (parseInt(guess) === randomNumber) {
  document.write('<p>You\'re correct</p>');
}
else {
  document.write('Sorry! The number was ' + randomNumber);
}

You have unbalanced quotes in this statement:

  document.write('<p>You're correct</p>'); /// odd number of marks!
  document.write("<p>You're correct</p>"); // use a different kind of quote on the outside

And a missing operator in this one:

  document.write('<p>Sorry! The number was ' + randomNumber '</p>');    // missing "+"
  document.write('<p>Sorry! The number was ' + randomNumber + '</p>');  // fixed
