The code of hexadecimal colors

there are places for red, green, and blue and A-F implies 10-15

how to guess the color as in the video?

F is the most intensive color? and what's the different between, for example, #F6xxxx and #6Fxxxx?

Is there any different?

The only thing that will help you guess the colours is experience. As you suggest, hexadecimal colours are in Base 16 number format.

The difference between 6F and F6 is subtle but there are various tools and colour pickers out there to help you choose colours for your projects. :)
