The downloaded project doesn't match with the starter file mentioned, it seems like the final version. Was it removed?

There are a few folders in the download.

This path leads to the starter files: 1-getting-started-with-redux/1-what-is-redux/react-redux-course/

I found that as well. You need to download the one from the "Downloads" tab not the "Teachers notes" tab
