with if ( entry.ToLower = "quit") , the = is assignment rather than an equality test (==). Plus ToLower is a method call, requiring (). There's still stuff wrong. I'll check it out and hopefully give you a full answer.

it accepts:

using System;

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main()
        {
            Console.Write("Enter the number of times to print \"Yay!\": ");
            string value = Console.ReadLine();
            try {
                int printTimes = int.Parse(value);
                if(printTimes<0)
                {
                    Console.WriteLine("You must enter a positive number.");
                } else {
                  for(int i = 0; i < printTimes; i++)
                  {
                      Console.WriteLine("Yay!");
                  }
                }
            } catch (FormatException)
            {
                Console.WriteLine("You must enter a whole number.");
            }
        }
    }
}
