Hi there, Kim Dallas ! You've definitely got the right idea here, which means that you're doing great with the concept so kudos! However, you have a few typos. First, you have misspelled "columns" as "columms". Note how your code has a red underline under it in the editor which is indicative of a problem. Secondly, you're missing a closing parenthesis. Your rule has two open parentheses but one closing. Tip: you should always have the same number of open parentheses as closing parentheses. Finally, as you've probably gathered by now, sometimes CSS can be really picky about whitespace. Here, you have a couple of extraneous whitespaces: one immediately after repeat and one after minmax.

You wrote:

 grid-template-columms:repeat (auto-fit, minmax (300px, 1fr);

When I correct the misspelling, add a closing parenthesis, and fix the spacing, it looks like:

 grid-template-columns: repeat(auto-fit, minmax(300px, 1fr));

Hope this helps! :sparkles:
